Investment Criteria

• Target businesses with at least $100 million of revenue
• Minimum investment size of $25 million in each situation, with the ability to invest several hundred million dollars per transaction
• Active purchaser of existing debt and equity obligations including bank debt, bonds, trade claims, public and private equity
• Will invest new debt and equity capital to provide liquidity and financial flexibility for companies to execute their business plan:
  • Senior loans (asset and cash flow based), junior secured debt (i.e. second lien, mezzanine), bonds and unsecured debt, DIP financings, and all forms of equity
• Broad industry focus including manufacturing, services and consumer sectors
