Dale F. Frey

Mr. Frey is member of Aurora Resurgence's Investment Committee. He was most recently Chairman of the Board and President of the General Electric Investment Corporation. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Frey began his career with General Electric in the Financial Management Program. He subsequently held several managerial positions in Finance in Aerospace and Defense, Aircraft Engine, and Power Delivery businesses. Mr. Frey was appointed Staff Executive-International Finance Operations in 1975 and was appointed Vice President and Treasurer of General Electric in 1980. He assumed the position of Chairman of the Board and President of the General Electric Investment Corporation in July 1984 and in March 1986, he was reappointed to the position of Vice President and Treasurer. In January 1994 he stepped down as Vice President and Treasurer of General Electric to again devote his full time to General Electric Investment Corporation and remained in that position until his retirement in early 1997. Among many other activities, Mr. Frey has been a member of numerous Boards of Directors.

A graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Mr. Frey received a master's degree in business administration in Economics and Accounting from New York University.
