Gerald L. Parsky, Chairman

Mr. Parsky is Chairman of Aurora Resurgence and a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Parsky is also Chairman and founder of Aurora Capital. Prior to founding Aurora in 1991, he served as a Treasury Department and Federal Energy Office official from 1971-74, and as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for International Affairs from 1974-77. For the next thirteen years, Mr. Parsky was affiliated with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he was a Senior Partner and member of the Executive and Management Committees.

Mr. Parsky is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Virginia Law School.
