Robert Strauss, Vice President

Mr. Strauss is a Vice President with Aurora Resurgence. Previously, Mr. Strauss was a Principal with Insight Equity, a private equity firm focused on control investments in underperforming companies. Prior to Insight, Mr. Strauss was an Investment Analyst with Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst Incorporated where he primarily focused on the firm's equity investments in the cable distribution and enterprise software industries. Prior to Hicks Muse, Mr. Strauss was an Analyst at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. where he helped execute energy-related private equity investments for DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, L.P. and also financing and M&A transactions for DLJ corporate finance clients. Prior to working for DLJ, Mr. Strauss was an investment banking Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney focused on the healthcare services industry.

Mr. Strauss received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Texas.
