William B. Harrison, Jr.

Mr. Harrison is a member of Aurora Resurgence's Investment Committee. He was most recently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JPMorgan Chase. Previously he held the position of Chief Executive Officer of Chase Manhattan Corporation and presided over the mergers with J.P. Morgan in 2000 and Bank One in 2004. Mr. Harrison began his career with Chemical Bank where he held numerous senior management positions including head of the bank's Global Banking and Corporate Finance Group. Beginning in 1992, he played a leading role in managing and merging the major firms - Chemical, Manufacturers Hanover, Chase Manhattan, J.P. Morgan and Bank One, in addition to Hambrecht & Quist, Flemings and Beacon creating one of the leading global financial institutions in the world. Mr. Harrison is a director of Merck & Co., Inc., and a director of Cousins Properties, Inc. He is a member of The Business Council.

Mr. Harrison received an A.B. degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's International Senior Management Programme in Switzerland.
